Getting in touch

It's just me and an email address: christos@senarystudios.com.

I'll try to reply, but I can't promise how quickly.

Senary Launcher

Senary Launcher isn't released yet, so there's nothing to install and nothing to support. This page is here early, ready for when there is.

Testing it early

There's a closed test running before the app goes on the store properly. If you'd like to be on it, email me the Google account email you use on your Android phone and I'll send back a link to opt in. What that means for your address is on the privacy page.

Reporting a bug

Email the address above. Including some of the following would help:

DetailWhy it helps
Device and Android versionA lot of launcher problems only happen on one manufacturer's build.
App versionTells me whether I've already changed that bit.
What you did, and what happened insteadHelps me work out what actually went wrong.
Whether it repeatsSomething I can repeat is much easier to fix.
Screenshot or screen recordingUsually clearer than a description.

Please don't send logs with personal information in them. I don't share anything from a bug report with anyone else, and I keep it only until the problem is sorted.

Feature requests

You're welcome to suggest things. This is a side project I work on in my own time, so I probably won't get to most of them.

Data, accounts and deletion

The plan is for Senary Launcher to have no account system and no Senary Studios server, which would mean there's no account to close and no stored data to request. Layout and settings are meant to stay on the device, and uninstalling the app should remove them. A home-screen backup file stays wherever you saved it, and is yours to delete. I'll confirm all of this before release.

What the app contacts, and what the website does and does not collect, is set out on the privacy page.

Security

If you spot a security or privacy problem, please email christos@senarystudios.com with "Security" in the subject line rather than posting it publicly.
